Pepper, freshly ground
Ghee or Butter
- Boil and peel the Potatoes until fork tender. If you are using Pressure cooker, keep for 3 whistles. If you are using a microwave, score the potatoes all the way around, add a little water and keep closed for 7-9 mins. Put the potatoes immediately in cold water so that the skin peels off easily.
- Mash well with Salt and Ghee until there are no lumps. You can add Milk/ Cream to make it creamier.
- Season with freshly ground pepper.
